As a new member of the Capitol City Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and with little to no sewing experience, I found myself reaching out to the Sacramento Costumers for help.I needed to start designing and building outfits, learn my way around a sewing machine and develop amazing garments.

With the help, assistance, instruction and support of the Sacramento Costumers, I have found a home away from home!
